Metrodancers

Group of Moscow teenagers proud of their subway called "Metropoliten" visited all subway stations with their short dance. Recording of the video took 27 hours and 7 hours of editing. The Moscow Metropoliten which spans under almost entire Russian capital, is the world's second most heavily used transit system. Ridership on weekdays is about 9,5 millions, on weekends - 6,8 millions. Moscow Metro has 12 lines identified by name and color, and total 177 stations. First line was open on May 15, 1935. To the great degree Metropoliten is interesting as a work of art. Spacious stations are artistically decorated by the works of architects, painters, sculptors. The Moscow Metropoliten is constantly being expanded further into outskirts
